Contest rules "Salle de Sport."

ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZING COMPANY AND PURPOSE OF THE RULES

The company Feed., a public limited company with share capital of 22,812.62 Euros, headquartered at 231 rue Saint-Honoré 75001 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 821 239 878 (hereinafter referred to as " Feed." or " the Organizer "), is organizing a free, no-obligation game (hereinafter referred to as the " Game ").
The purpose of the Contest is to enable participants to win the prizes described in Article 6 of these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the " Prize " or " Prizes ").
The Game will take place under the conditions defined in these Rules, from January 1st to midnight on January 31st.

ARTICLE 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND GAME PROGRESS

The game is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in mainland France, including Corsica, who have registered their e-mail address for the competition (hereinafter referred to as the " Player ") on the Organizer's website via the sign-up form accessible at www.feed.co (hereinafter referred to as the " Site ").
All persons involved in the organization of the Game, in particular Feed. staff and their assigns, may not participate.
This game takes place exclusively on the dates indicated in article 1. To take part in the game, you must register using the form on the site.
Only one entry per person - same last name, same first name, same e-mail address - is permitted during the entire contest period.
Any other method of participation in the Contest will be considered null and void.
Participation in the Game on behalf of another person, without that person's authorization, is not permitted.

Article 3. ACCEPTANCE AND PUBLICATION OF THE RULES

Participation in the Game implies acceptance of and compliance with the provisions of these Rules, which are available on the Site and upon written request by post to : FEED. 231 rue Saint Honoré 75001 Paris FRANCE.
The Player may access the contest rules on request from the organizer or by clicking directly on the link on the registration form.
Failure by the Player to comply with the provisions of these Rules will result in the cancellation of his or her participation in the Game.

ARTICLE 4. DESIGNATION OF WINNER

The Player will be designated the winner of a Prize.

ARTICLE 5. PRIZES

The Organizer is offering an annual gym membership of up to €300.
No additional costs not included in the above-mentioned Endowments will be paid by Feed.
The Prize is neither transferable nor separable and may not give rise to any financial consideration.
The Prizes are issued in the name of the winning Player.
Once issued, the Prizes are non-transferable, non-separable, non-exchangeable, strictly non-alterable and non-refundable.
The Prizes may not be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or in return for payment.
Under no circumstances may the value of the prizes be claimed in cash or in exchange for any other goods or services.
Once awarded to the winning Player, the Prize is personal, non-transferable and non-convertible into cash.
If the winning Player is unwilling or unable to take possession of his/her prize, no compensation will be paid.
The announcement of the win will be sent by e-mail and the prize by post.
The choice of gym will be made according to the player's geographical conditions, subject to the availability of a gym with an annual membership fee of €300.
Any erroneous indication of identity or address, or failure to reply, will result in the cancellation of the Prize.

ARTICLE 6. PERSONAL DATA

The processing by Feed. of certain personal data of the winning Players is: 1. essential to the execution of the present Regulations and the Prize; 2. consented to by the Player for advertising purposes.
The following personal data are concerned by the above-mentioned processing operations: Surname and first name; Home address; City of residence; Telephone number; Email address.
Data processed for the above-mentioned purposes will be kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the end of the Game.
The processing of personal data relating to the Player does not confer upon them any remuneration, right or advantage other than the awarding of the Prize and/or the receipt of advertising.
The player's consent to the processing of his/her data for advertising purposes is evidenced by his/her participation in the Game and express acceptance of these Rules.
The Player may object at any time to the processing of his/her data for advertising purposes without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given prior to the withdrawal thereof.
Personal data relating to the Player is intended for Feed. and any third party required for the execution of the present Rules, and in particular for the Prize, it being understood that Feed. undertakes to require the latter to provide adequate protection for the personal data processed.
Personal data is processed within the European Union.
The Player has a right of access, portability, rectification or deletion of his personal data, as well as a right to limit and object to the processing thereof.
To exercise his rights, and to obtain information about the processing of his personal data, the Player is invited to contact Feed. 's Data Protection Officer at the following address:

ARTICLE 7. LIABILITY

The Organizer may not be held liable if, for any reason whatsoever and/or in the event of force majeure, the Game is shortened, modified, postponed or cancelled, without any compensation being due to the Player, and in particular in the event of :

Internet network malfunction,
Incidents relating to network disruptions and Internet use
Reception equipment malfunctions that prevent the Game from running smoothly,
Site malfunction,
Computer errors,
Existence of viruses or other problems likely to cause damage,
Technical incident,
Site closure in the event of a staff strike, natural disaster and/or administrative decision, and/or
Any other case of force majeure (covid type).

The Organizer may not be held liable if, for any reason beyond its control, technical malfunctions, computer bugs or any other technical problem affect the proper running of the Contest or the list of winners.
The plaintiffs would then be ineligible for any prize money whatsoever.
Feed. reserves the right to stop, extend, modify or cancel this game at any time in compliance with the provisions of these Rules, without participants being entitled to claim any compensation whatsoever.
It cannot be held liable in this respect.
However, where possible, the Player will be informed of such changes in advance by any appropriate means.
All cases not covered by these rules will be decided by Feed. , whose decisions are final.
Furthermore, the Organizer cannot be held responsible for problems with the delivery or loss of postal or electronic mail.
The prizes awarded to the winners may not be contested in any way and may not, under any circumstances, be exchanged at the request of the winners for their cash value or for any other prize for any reason whatsoever. The prize cannot be replaced by another prize or paid in cash.
Any information or contact details that are incomplete, erroneous or in breach of the Rules will render the entry null and void, and the Participant concerned will therefore not be eligible to win any of the prizes up for grabs as part of the game.
All participation must be fair: it is strictly forbidden, by any means whatsoever, to modify or attempt to modify the proposed game systems, in particular in order to alter the results.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at any time and without notice the participation of any Participant who has not complied with the Rules, and to take legal action against such Participant.
Feed. will endeavor to settle any dispute relating to the Game and these Rules amicably.
It is strictly forbidden for an individual to play for the benefit of another person.
No telephone or written request (without acknowledgement of receipt) concerning the interpretation and/or application of these Rules, the mechanics and/or terms of the Game or the winning Player's contact details will be answered.
If one or more provisions of these Rules are declared invalid or inapplicable, the other clauses shall retain their full force and scope.

ARTICLE 8. EVIDENTIARY AGREEMENT

Except in the case of obvious errors, the information, files, recordings and/or any other documents drawn up, received and/or stored, directly or indirectly, in any format and on any medium by Feed., have evidential value in any dispute relating to the Game.

ARTICLE 9. LITERARY AND ARTISTIC PROPERTY RIGHTS

In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and/or representation of all or part of the elements relating to the Game and the Site are strictly prohibited.
All elements of the Site and the Game, whether visual or audio, including software, all intellectual property rights such as trademarks, service marks, trademarks and copyrights are and remain the exclusive property of the Organizer.
Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights to the documents contained on the Site and/or relating to the Game and each of the elements created for the Site and/or for the Game are the exclusive property of the Organizer, which grants no license or right other than that of consulting the Site, ordering products on the Site and participating in the Game.
The reproduction of any page or content of the said Site and/or the said game by the Player or any third party is subject to prior written authorization from the Organizer.
Reproduction of any documents published on the Site and/or relating to the Game is authorized solely for the purposes of information for personal and private use, any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes being expressly prohibited by the Organizer.
It is forbidden to use trademarks, images or any other element on which Feed. holds intellectual property rights.
It is also forbidden to copy, modify, create a derivative work, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code (except as provided by law), sell, assign, sub-license or transfer in any way whatsoever any right pertaining to the Site and/or the Game.
It is also forbidden to modify the Site or to use modified versions of the Site, in particular (without this list being limitative) with a view to obtaining unauthorized access to the Site and to access the Site by any means other than via the interface provided to the Purchaser by the Vendor for this purpose, in particular in order to participate in the Game.
The Game and/or the Site, as well as any software necessarily used in connection therewith, may contain confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property or other laws.
Any Player who has a personal Internet site and wishes to place, for personal use, on his site a simple link referring directly to the Site, must request prior written authorization from Feed. , which reserves the right to refuse without specific reason.
In all cases, any unauthorized link must be removed at the Organizer's request.

ARTICLE 10. APPLICABLE LAW

These rules are governed by French law.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, any question concerning the application or interpretation of these rules or their amendments will be settled before the competent French courts, in accordance with French law.
