Alors cuila j’en mangerais tout le temps! A aucun moment on ne se force, c’est super goûteux tout en étant bon pour la santé et la ligne. Pas du tout de sensation de faim ensuite

J’ai voulu tester le parfum chocolat banane pour changer car j’avais pris la 1ere fois coco chocolat. Et franchement c’est super bon, pas écœurant on sent bien la banane en tout cas

On sent plus la banane que le chocolat mais ça reste bon. Un peu de difficulté à dissoudre et quelques grumeaux malgré un bon mélange. Pas de sensation de faim dans les heures qui suivent la prise de ce repas.

Repas Ă  boire chocolat-banane pour garder la ligne

Je prends ces repas light à boire pendant mes vacances, ce qui me permet de mieux équilibrer mes repas et de reprendre un meilleur rythme des repas lors de la reprise du travail. Pour moi je préfère prendre une boisson plutôt le soir, pour mieux dormir pour éviter de manger trop gras ou trop sucrée. J'aime le goût chocolat-banane, il faut bien secouer au shaker pour éviter les morceaux.

Un bon gout de banane

Facile a préparer et avec un bon gout de banane (pas trop fort ni trop doux), un Shake qui vous cale comme un repas. Je suis passé a 3.5 cuillères care pour moi 5 c'était l'orgie...
