Your favorite summer smoothie.
Ingredients. 1 serving.
- 1 frozen banana for a smooth, fresh texture
- 200 ml vegetable milk of your choice
- 30 g Feed. protein powder Feed. Pistachio
- 1 or 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
- 2 ice cubes (for extra freshness)Â
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1 pitted date (optional, for a sweeter taste)
Preparation time. 5min.
- Place the banana, plant milk, ice cubes, protein powder and maple syrup (optional) in a blender.
Blend until smooth and homogenous. - Add crushed pistachios at the end for a little crunch. Mix lightly to blend.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass. Add a few pieces of pistachio and banana on top for garnish.
