ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY. FEED, a simplified joint stock company with capital of 13,335 euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 821 239 878, whose registered office is located at 231 rue Saint Honoré, 75001 Paris, and whose VAT number is FR59821239878, is the organizer of a "3 orders refunded" prize draw. The organizer coordinates the organization of the game and takes all decisions necessary for its smooth running. It ensures that the rules are applied. 

ARTICLE 2 - DURATION OF THE GAME. The organiser is organising a competition with a prize draw and an obligation to purchase. This competition will run from February 20 to 23, 2025 inclusive. However, the organizing company reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel or extend the contest period if circumstances so require, without incurring any liability in this respect. The company guarantees participants the reality of the prizes offered, its complete impartiality with regard to the running of the Game, and to preserve, within the limits of its means, strict equality of opportunity between all participants. 

ARTICLE 3 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. This competition is open to all natural persons of legal age or minors who have placed an order on the www.feed.co website. Feed. employees and their spouses are not eligible to participate in the contest. Their ascendants and descendants are authorized to participate in the contest. This is a competition with a draw, with no obligation to purchase, open to all those who have placed an order between February 20 and 23, 2025 inclusive.

ARTICLE 4 - PRINCIPLE AND OPERATION OF THE GAME. To participate, the customer places an order on the www.feed.co website. He/she will then be entered in the draw, which will take place on February 24, 2025. The prize is a refund for the order placed between February 20 and 23, 2025. Each winner will receive an e-mail on February 24, and the reimbursement of their associated order within 5 to 10 working days.

Winners agree not to hold the organizing company liable for the prizes, in particular their delivery, condition or quality, or for any consequences arising from their possession or use. 

ARTICLE 5 - VALUE AND NATURE OF PRIZES. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged for another object or product. All prizes will be awarded after a draw on February 24th, which will select the 3 winners. In all, the organizing company is giving away 3 refunds for orders of Feed. merchandise Feed.

The organizing company declines all responsibility for any incidents or accidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prizes awarded and as a result of their use. For all prizes, the organizing company reserves the right to replace them, in whole or in part, with other equivalent prizes, in the event of difficulties beyond its control in delivering the prizes announced. No claim may be made in this respect to the organizing company or its service providers. 

ARTICLE 6 - RULES. The organizing company reserves the right to modify the rules according to possible modifications to the site, the service or their operation. 

ARTICLE 7 - LIMITS OF THE ORGANIZER'S LIABILITY. This game and the interpretation of these rules are governed by French law. The organizing company Feed. may not be held liable in any way whatsoever if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control or justified necessity, it is obliged to modify, shorten, extend or cancel this game and/or modify these rules.
